Hiya Starfire, Thank you for reviewing your Galaxy Buds3! We're glad you generally like them, and we'd like to help improve the fit. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds instead of canal type, they don't have ear tips. Simply place them in your ears to get started. Look at the bottom of each earbud for directional marks: you'll see an L and an R. Insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L into your left ear with the L facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can rotate the earbuds forward or backward until they feel comfortable. This change delivers two major improvements: significantly clearer voice call quality (due to better mic positioning) and a refined, comfortable fit (though consistency depends heavily on individual ear shape).
2- For users in the Samsung ecosystem, the Buds 3 are an excellent choice, offering seamless features like the high-quality Samsung Seamless Codec (SSC) and integration with Galaxy AI (e.g., Live Translate).
3- While the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is effective and a noticeable improvement over past non-Pro models, it does not quite reach the industry-leading performance of some competitors. Similarly, non-Samsung users will miss out on the full suite of proprietary high-fidelity and AI features, reducing their overall value.
4- A strong upgrade for the Samsung faithful that nails call quality and ecosystem features, but less compelling for those demanding best-in-class ANC or using non-Samsung devices.

Is it good for Long Work Shifts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The answer is yes! The charge of these pairs are very good especiallyfor those long work shifts, very discreet too. How are the noise canceling? The noise canceling is just right! Not like the over the ear headphones but it the best for wireless Bluetooth earbuds you can get! The sound quality is right on point for music plus also mobile gaming as well. Would I recommend this to other people? Yeah indeed I would recommend giving the earbuds a try. I'm happy with my galaxy buds3 purchase I always carry it with me everyday nearly every where.

I accidentally washed one earbud, and it still works perfectly fine. I thought these will be IPX rating sucks, but I never really looked it up anyways. So I really don't really know without actually looking it up. But kudos.
