Love them except the bass quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsug Galaxy Buds daily, and they’ve completely changed the way I listen to music and handle calls. The sound quality is crisp with deep bass, and the noise cancellation works surprisingly well, especially when I’m out in public. The comfort is a huge plus, I can wear them for hours without irritation.
One of my favorite features is how seamlessly they pair with my Samsung phone. With Galaxy AI enhancements, switching between music, calls, and even voice commands feels effortless and intuitive. It honestly makes the whole experience smoother and smarter.I use them for everything: streaming movies, gaming, workouts, and even work meetings. The battery life easily lasts through a full day, and the case charges fast. For the size and price, the performance is impressive.

We noticed that you've had some challenges trying to keep your buds in your ears without having to adjust them. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. It’s important to ensure they are positioned correctly for the best experience with sound and comfort. Amazing sound & quality!

They fit really comfortably and don’t fall out, even if you’re walking around or exercising. The sound is clear with strong bass, but not too heavy, so music and podcasts sound great. Noise canceling works really well—it blocks out background noise when you want quiet, and the ambient mode makes it easy to hear what’s going on around you. Calls are super clear too, and people on the other end say they can hear me without background noise. The battery lasts a long time, and just a quick charge gives hours of use, which is super convenient. They connect instantly to my phone, and the touch controls make it easy to skip songs or adjust volume.
