If your Buds are not staying in your ears, please note that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds rather than canal-type ones, so they do not have silicone tips. To use them, simply place the earbuds in your ears and check the bottom for directional marks; you will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left (L) bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the bud so that the microphone at the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the buds forwards or backwards until they feel comfortable. We hope that these steps help enhance your experience with the Buds3. Always falling out of my ears

I bought these a month and a half ago and im not impressed with the earbud 3 the earbud 2's is so much better.

If you are having trouble keeping your buds from falling The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get the best fit, start by checking the bottom of each earbud for directional marks, where you'll find an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right earbud. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and similarly, insert the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. You can adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. We hope these tips enhance your experience! Amazing water resistance and great sound

I bought these earbuds about 6 months ago and really like them! They have great sound. The noise cancelling works very well and I use them when I mow to listen to music while blocking out the mowing sound. I recently was working near my pond and one fell out into the pond (probably the only complaint I have it that they don't stay securely in my ears, even after putting the largest rubber tip on) and I couldn't find the submerged earbud for 2 days (submerged to about 3 feet deep). I dried them using a towel, some air from a canned air keyboard cleaner, and left in a bag of Dessicant (the little bags that come with most electronics... I save them instead of throwing them out) and much to my surprise they charged up and sounded great!
I would recommend this to a friend!
