The control software could be better

I wish they had a way to control the ambient sound volume, just like many other cheaper alternatives do. The hardware is clearly capable, so this is possible, and would be a simple software update.

The new samsung galaxy buds3 pro are amazing. With adding the tip handle it fit really nice in my ears. The new design is so cool. Charging is very good and the sound quality is amazing

Sound is ok if they would only stay in your ears. This design was not what I would of expected . Small ears do not work with these at all. Not thrilled at all.

I bought my Samsung galaxy s24 and needed ear bud for the phone. I purchased SamsungGalaxy buds3 and they did not fix in my ear tight. My left ear dmbud fell out of my ear and was damage 💔 I did have them for two days. I am disappointed with my ear bud 3

Dont stay in. (tutorials tried without success.)

These need rubber covers. They dont stay in no matter what i do.. they are slippery to handle. Cant use them to do anything more than sit still. The sound is incredible. But forget using them to do yardwork, run, walk briskly, bend over, shake head, or exercise in any fashion. So sad. This is the only samsung product i dont like. i wish i could get my galaxy buds plus fixed. :(
My guy friend tried them too. They didnt stay in his ears at all just sitting!
