I purchased these buds about 3 months ago and the left earbud doesn't hold a charge. It goes out long before the right earbud. Very disappointed.

Great sound and fit for open ear buds. Noise cancelling and battery life are good.

First off I wanted to say, I really wanted to like these. I pre-ordered this when it was announced. After using it on and off for about over a year. The audio is very poor in some cases. I have no idea why, but sometimes depending on the video/audio I listen to, it'll either be normal sounding to crazy loud and I played around with the audio settings as well. I sent them in to Samsung and they supposedly fixed the issue but it still occurs. The Samsung buds fe I own don't have this issue so it can't just be me. Overall I would skip these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ear buds sound nice, but they do not fit in my ear very well. They are loose and tend to fall out and beacuse they are loose, the noise cancelling feature does not work very well at all. I am a little disappointed because I haven't been able to find a cover for the ear bus that will help them fit in my ear better.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Holls. We understand how important it is to have a good fit, especially to enjoy the noise cancellation feature fully. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, they do not have ear tips like traditional canal earbuds. To use them, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of each bud for the directional markings, which indicate the left and right. Insert the right bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same with the left bud in your left ear. You can adjust the fit by rotating them forward or backward until they feel comfortable.
