First, regarding the fit, please check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you'll see an "L" and an "R." Make sure to insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. To ensure a snug fit, you can angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the earbuds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels just right. For sound clarity, we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Additionally, there are ways to help extend your battery life. For instance, keep the earbuds in their charging case with the cover closed when not in use.
