The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 are absolutely fantastic! The sound quality is crystal clear with deep bass and balanced highs, making both music and calls sound amazing. The noise cancellation works impressively well, blocking out background distractions so I can stay focused. Comfort is another big win — they fit snugly in the ears and feel secure even during workouts. The battery life is excellent, lasting me through the day with ease, and the fast charging feature is super convenient. I also love the seamless connectivity with my phone — pairing is instant and stable.
Overall, these earbuds deliver premium quality, stylish design, and outstanding performance. Definitely worth every penny!

excessive volume up and down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device connects well, but it automatically goes up-and-down in volume randomly while I have it in my ear.. As well as when I sweat, just a little bit. I absolutely can't charge it for an hour or so.

We see that you may be experiencing some challenges with your buds not charging at times and the volume fluctuating. For the charging concern, it's important to clean and dry your buds, especially after sweating. Also, make sure to clean the charging contacts as well. Regarding the volume going up and down, it sounds like you may need to reset your buds. You can do so by utilizing the Wearable app. Also, check for any available software updates for your buds as well as the connected device. While I liked those features a lot, I understand that this creates a safer environment and a nice, lightweight feel.
