[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are comfortable and sounds great. Love the case but I wish the battery life last a bit longer.

Great sound, weird fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched these out with my Samsung Buds2 and the experience has been good so far. The sound quality is great! The earphones are something I need to get used to as I used earbuds before. I tend to need to adjust the placement of the buds3 occasionally when wearing them as it doesn't feel secure most of the time. It's not too bad though.

Work great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They charge pretty quickly, sound is good as well. Not sure how long they will last but the last pairs I had lasted over a year. I use them almost daily so should be worth the price. Easy Bluetooth sink up.
Quality sound, lightweight, and professional. I got these buds to repace a pair I'd lost from an earlier generation. I really like the tab controls and the seamless swapping between my devices. While the noise cancelling is a little less strong, I do get less surprised by others trying to get my attention.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the Galaxy Buds for a little over a month now and absolutely love them.I love the Ambient sound when voice.Or sirens are recognized and has fantastic sound quality during calls and when listening to music. The? 360 with head tracking is also awesome.Takes a little bit to get used to but love the future.
3 weeks in and the right earbud barely works. Not good for an active person due to moisture problem with case and charging from sweating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review, Corey! We appreciate your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. Just to highlight, these earbuds are consistent with 10ATM water-resistance classification, meaning they can handle up to 100 meters of water for up to 10 minutes. They also come with an IP68 rating, which allows them to be submerged in up to 6 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. Just a friendly reminder to rinse off any residue and dry them after use to keep them in top condition. We would like to gather some additional information regarding what you are experiencing. Please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can look into what you are experiencing. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great volume when calling or listening to music tune out loudness
The buds are nice but honestly one ear was hurting after being on a call for over an hour. The call was clear but I think I'd recommend the buds pro with the cushion tip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, SCGirl. We always look forward to hearing from our customers, and we're glad to see that you think the buds are nice. It's great to know that you've had a clear calling experience; however, we notice that you might be having some challenges getting your buds to stay in. We understand that some users may have some concerns about the new design. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, meaning they do not have ear tips like in-ear canal buds. To get started, simply place them in your ears, checking the bottom of each earbud for directional markings—an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust them by rotating them forward or backward until they fit comfortably. If you have any further concerns or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
