Horrible design, they do not sit in the ears and keep falling out. I don't know which idiot designed these. They do not have a silicon tip nor do they fit properly in the ears. Overall one of the worst buds I have ever come across. Idiotic design, worth negative 10 stars.

Hi Shiva! We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. The Buds 3 feature an open-type design with a one-way speaker and single amplifier. They have a 43mAh battery, a water resistance rating of IP57, active noise canceling, and 360 audio. Unlike canal-type earbuds, the Galaxy Buds3 do not have ear tips, making them easy to use; simply place them in your ears. To get started, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating left (L) and right (R). Insert the R bud into your right ear, ensuring that the R is facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear, making sure the L is facing you.
Tilt the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is directed towards your mouth rather than pointing straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the buds forward and backward until it feels comfortable. We recommend using these steps for the best fit with your Buds3.
