[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like these ear buds. They fit me well and I appreciate the option to have these available without the squishy ear cushions. The sound is nice and I've dropped them in liquids a cohple od times by accident and they still work wonderfully. I still have and love my buds+ and pro2!

I liked these from thr start but I dont understand if these are waterproof or not, but anyway. One earbud is louder than the other and it is super frustrating

We appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3! It's great to know that you liked your buds from the start. The Buds3 comes with a water-resistance classification of 10ATM, allowing exposure to up to 100 meters of water for a maximum of 10 minutes, and it has an IP68 rating, which means it can withstand being submerged in up to 6 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. Please remember to rinse off any residue and dry the buds after they get wet. If you're xpericing no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couplof e reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. Earbuds 3 astonishing.

The ear buds volume and outside noise cancelation is amazing. The sound quality is unmatched. The only problem with the buds is it does not stay in the ear with readjusting. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung buds 3 are amazing with the incredible features that they offer like noise canceling, with this feature i have escaped from reality and got into my own world with my favorite music without disturbs also with Galxy Ai everything is more easy to operate and it helps you to have more control over your device. Im so in love with my buds because I can take them wherever I want and I case I lose them I can keep track of them, this buds offer you an amazing experience to relax and listen to your favorite songs or watch movies including a great sound for those special effects.

Built great but they just dont work

No matter what I do I can't get these things to stay in my ears, I've had airpods with no issues and own 4-5 pairs of older galaxy buds and this product just won't work. Super disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We see that you may be having a hard time trying to keep your buds from falling out. It's important to pay attention to the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You will find an “R” indicating the right bud and an “L” for the left. When inserting them, make sure the “R” bud is in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the “L” in your left ear. For optimal comfort and sound quality, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth instead of straight down. You can also rotate the buds forward and backward until they fit comfortably. Style of earbuds
