Software with bugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes when I used my left bud the microphone wouldn't work, then I would switch to the right bud and it would work normally. I only used the left one to listen because it wouldn't work for talking. Sometimes it would work but then the battery would run out and I would charge it to use it again and it wouldn't work again. The right bud never had this problem. They were less than six months old since I bought them new. Also, it's very uncomfortable to press the button because it doesn't feel comfortable when pressed, it pops out of the ear. On the other hand, I liked the color and the design, but comparing comfort, efficiency, and convenience, I'd say I'd give it a 3/10. Thanks.

The fit of the ear buds

Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type ones, they don't come with ear tips like some previous models. To help you get the best fit, all you need to do is simply place them in your ears correctly. Start by checking the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks: you’ll see an ‘L’ for the left bud and an ‘R’ for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. For added comfort, angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth instead of straight down. You can also adjust the earbuds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope these tips work well for you.
