Galaxy Buds3 review

However, an occasional issue arises where the current song unexpectedly restarts mid-playback while singing along, resulting in the same song repeating from the same point. Aside from this, performance is satisfactory.

Light weight and easy fit

However, several minutes into a call the person on the other end will say I suddenly sound like a robot and is static. It happens every time I'm on a call and have yet to find a solution. However, I do not have quality issues on my end.

We understand how frustrating it can be when issues arise during calls. To help resolve the robotic sound and static you've experienced, we recommend a couple of steps. First, ensure that the microphone holes are clean, as debris can affect sound quality; use a soft, dry cloth or cotton swab to gently clean these areas regularly. Restarting your earbuds may also help; simply place them in their charging case and wait about seven seconds before taking them out. If problems persist, consider resetting your Galaxy Buds3 through the Galaxy Wearable app by navigating to Earbuds settings, selecting 'Reset,' and following the prompts. Additionally, make sure your earbuds’ software is updated through the firmware over-the-air (FOTA) service. On the Galaxy Wearable app, tap on Earbuds settings and then select Earbuds software update to check for updates manually or set them to install automatically when in the charging case. Lastly, you can run diagnostics using the Samsung Members app by going to Earbuds settings and selecting Diagnostics. We appreciate your patience and hope these tips improve your calling experience! The Buds 3 has excellent quality.

Amazing Sound poor fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound dynamics of Galaxy Buds 3. They sound amazing. But... the fit in my ears is horribly bad. I know it depends on person to person, so this may not affect you.
I am able to make do of it because I wear a turban so that helps me keep it in my ears.

We understand that fit can vary from person to person, and we noted your concern about them not fitting right. The Galaxy Buds 3 are open-type earbuds with no tips like canal-type earbuds, you can easily get started by checking the bottom for directional marks labeled "L" for left and "R" for right. Place the "R" bud in your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the "L" bud in your left ear in the same manner. Make sure to angle the microphones on the bottom towards your mouth and adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they fit comfortably. We hope you find these tips helpful! Good airbuds but!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fits better than the previous models, sounds better as well, hold charge longer is what i noticed, one thing I still don't like is not able to find it if the case is closed, so when you lose it make sure to keep the case open so you can track it 😑
