Best buds I've used in a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a loyal Samsung user for years, and with each iteration, Samsung just keeps raising the bar. The Galaxy Buds 3 are no exception – in fact, they might just be their best yet (apart from the pro model). I've been using them daily for a week now, and they've quickly become my go-to earbuds for everything from workouts to long commutes.
The comfort and fit are outstanding. They've clearly refined the design to be similar to airpods, and these feel incredibly secure and lightweight in my ears. I barely notice they're there. The sound is excellent with good bass and clear noise. Using wearable to change the EQ settings was a good thing to keep in since the buds2. Connectivity is seamless, and there's no need to pair them everything you want to listen to something, just take 'em out with Bluetooth on, and then your done. Even for the price, the buds 3 is a pair a headphones that I would recommend for any phone user!

Software with bugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes when I used my left bud the microphone wouldn't work, then I would switch to the right bud and it would work normally. I only used the left one to listen because it wouldn't work for talking. Sometimes it would work but then the battery would run out and I would charge it to use it again and it wouldn't work again. The right bud never had this problem. They were less than six months old since I bought them new. Also, it's very uncomfortable to press the button because it doesn't feel comfortable when pressed, it pops out of the ear. On the other hand, I liked the color and the design, but comparing comfort, efficiency, and convenience, I'd say I'd give it a 3/10. Thanks.

It sounds like you're dealing with some microphone concerns, which can sometimes happen if the microphone hole gets blocked. Regular cleaning can make a big difference! We recommend using a clean, dry, soft brush or a cotton swab to gently clear out any earwax or debris that might be affecting the sound quality.
