Don't fit and 'pinch' controls are so awkward

I can't comment on sound quality because I cannot enjoy these long enough to tell. Even if I'm sitting perfectly still and not trying to clean or any other activities I would use earbuds for, these fall out or come loose enough and trigger the sensor to think I took them out. I can only listen to maybe 5minutes if an audio book at a time. I've read the guides. I've read all the guides, but the design is just terrible. They fall right out. I miss the wing tips. They were fool proof and comfortable. And the "pinch" controls might be worse than then falling out. The way you have to grab the stem to 'click' them back on after they fall out and pause audio is so aggressive. My ears feel bruised. I don't even want to wear them anymore. What was so wrong with the tap controls? They were so nice. I have never been this disappointed in a Samsung product. What happened here?

While the Galaxy Buds3 come with a design that doesn't include ear tips, we recommend trying different angles and positions to secure them better in your ears. It can take a little adjustment to find the perfect fit that works best for you. To get started, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the microphone on the bottom slightly towards your mouth, rather than pointing straight down, and adjust the buds by rotating them until the fit feels right. Regarding the touch and pinch controls, we realize that transitioning from tap controls might take some time, but we designed these controls to provide more intuitive interaction. Be sure to check and make sure your buds are up to date with the latest updates using the Galaxy Wearable app. If you find that your earbuds are frequently triggering the sensor, please ensure they are properly inserted and nestled in your ears. Very dependable as it long lasting battery lasts for realy alot of time hours of listening and watching lasts all day and very fast if I needed more time it charges like thunder I get half of the battery
Very cool and easy and it's seamless features between my tab and phone it's switching between them alone when I open something on any of my deviceses
It's sound is very clear and as specific as I need from it
It's my realy my best buy

On the first week of use I started hearing static noise, I reached out to the team , they guided me to reset them after a video sharing with them that you could hear a very loud whistle noise. They still keep doing it many times since then. Also then you rub them by mistake you can hear another whistle noise that makes you take off the earbuds. I would never buy them again.

They constantly fall out of my ears, they last for 1 minute, I'm very upset, they have a very wide headphone input ((((

We understand that you may be having difficulty achieving the perfect fit with these earbuds. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, meaning they do not have ear tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and look for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds— you'll see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they fit comfortably. Your experience helps us continue to improve and provide the best for our users.
