They are comfortable, water resistant and the battery lasts quite a while. Perfect for music, calls or training. A great option if you are looking for quality and design!

I am disappointed with mine. They don't stay in my ears and the noise canceling doesn't work at all. I feel duped for waisting my money on these. I hate them.

The Buds3 boasts a new, comfortable design specifically engineered to keep your ears comfortable all day long, fitting securely and snugly. Additionally, the adaptive equalizer with Galaxy AI automatically adjusts the sound quality based on how you wear your buds, ensuring an optimal audio experience no matter the fit. We understand the importance of having a proper fit with these buds, especially in order to enjoy features such as Active Noise Cancellation. Check out the link attached for detailed instructions showing you how to get the best fit with your buds. Regarding noise cancellation, it effectively quiets unwanted background noise and is available only when both earbuds are worn. To access this feature via Galaxy Wearable, simply tap on Active noise canceling, use the slider to adjust levels, and turn on Auto switch to ambient sound if needed. Amazing addition to the Samsung Ecosystem

I also use them for listening to music discretely while at work so I don't disrupt others. Meetings are crystal clear with them as well, and everyone loves the microphone, it only transmits my voice, not background stuff.
The seamless action across apps is another great feature, gesture controls and button actions control just like a media device.

I wanted to give these a 4-star rating because I love Samsung products, but if I'm not honest in my reviews, I'll be doing both them and myself a disservice. The sound quality is good, and I also like the controls on the headset. However, they do not stay in my ear. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong, but no matter what I do, they won't stay in. They've dropped on the bus, in the elevator, and while walking down the street. They just don't feel secure. I only use them around the house because I'm afraid to lose them. I am giving them 3 stars because I believe in the quality overall, it's just the fit for me.

As the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, they don’t come with tips like traditional canal models, which can sometimes make achieving a secure fit a bit tricky. To help you ensure they stay in place, we recommend checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—look for the “L” and “R.” When inserting them, make sure the “R” bud is in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the “L” in your left ear with the “L” also facing you. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds slightly forward or backward until they feel just right. Positioning the microphone towards your mouth can also enhance your experience. We want the Buds3 to provide you with the best sound quality and comfort, so we hope these tips help you enjoy them fully. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve! The Samsung Buds3 Silver feature a modern and sleek design with a metallic finish that gives them a premium look. However, in my experience, the fit is not the most comfortable. Despite trying different positions, the earbuds do not stay securely in my ears and tend to fall out with movement, making them impractical for daily use, especially while walking or exercising.
Unlike other models with interchangeable silicone ear tips, these have a rigid open-fit design, which may not be ideal for all ear types. In my case, the lack of a secure fit affected the overall experience, making them unreliable for activities that involve movement.

Regarding the design, the Galaxy Buds3 utilizes an open-type design, which indeed means they don't come with ear tips. We designed them this way to ensure comfort and convenience; simply place them in your ears for a quick and easy setup.
