Sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had them for 10 months the first 5 were great love the 360 sound and noise control around month 6 the sound started to fade even with updates and cleaning regularly. I've also factory rest and u can still barely hear any kind of audio.

We understand how frustrating it must be to experience fading audio after that, especially after you’ve taken such good care of them. While you mentioned cleaning them regularly, it’s important to remember that earwax or debris can sometimes accumulate in the speaker or microphone areas, which might cause muffled sounds. We recommend gently cleaning those areas thoroughly, as excessive force could lead to damage. Additionally, low battery levels or outdated software can also affect audio performance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the Galaxy buds 3, especially its Galaxy AI, it is so useful on my day, I use while I am working, and sometimes before I go bed, I love the volumen control and the solver color is the best, the design is so beautiful.
