Nice look, bad design! Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to upgrade to the Bud 3s. When I saw the shiny gray color, it made me make the jump from my white Bud FEs. When I put them in my ears, I loved the sound. But quickly noticed that they moved alot. And slowly began to fall out of my ear. I looked at the video to make sure I was wearing them the right way. I was. But they always fall out of my ears. They aren't secure at all. I'm mad because I actually like how they sound. And when I try to adjust them during a call, it hangs up on people. That's annoying.

The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds designed for a lightweight and natural feel. To ensure they stay securely in place, it’s important to wear them properly. Check for the directional markings (L for the left earbud and R for the right earbud), and make sure each bud is placed in the correct ear. Angle the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, and gently rotate them forward or backward until they feel more stable. These adjustments can significantly improve the fit and prevent them from moving or falling out. Regarding the pinch controls, accidental touches can occur during adjustments. We understand that you may be having difficulty with the fit of your Buds. Please note that the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, which means they do not come with earbud tips. To get started, simply check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings—you will see an "L" for left and an "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Great ear buds overall. The design and shape are clean. The sound is great. Connectivity is good with my galaxy s25. The controls are a bit tricky to get used to but after that it is fine. I think samsung could have tweaked the angle of the squeeze control to make it a little easier. The current design makes it a little difficult to use the control without needing to readjust the bud. If you like "open" style ear buds, these are probably some of the best on the market. I prefer open-style ear buds over the style that goes deep into the ear. Ignore the youtubers that gave these a bad review and try them for yourself.
