Faulty earbuds and uncomfortable

Poor fit, these earbuds are very uncomfortable. They're also don't work well every 10 minutes there a loud popping sound on my right earbud that makes the volume max out after. It's quite frustrating paying for a product that doesnt work.

Concerning the loud popping sound in your right earbud, this can sometimes occur if Active Noise Control is enabled and there's interference. We suggest ensuring that the area around the sub-microphone isn't covered when you’re wearing the earbuds. non stable in ears

i bought last year. still trying to learn them and how to keep in ears. I've turned them every which way but loose. So I bought me another headset around the neck. one fell out one time and I didn't know it and I kicked it out in the street. luckily no cars were coming. But while in they have a n nice reception for sound. Just too much pushing back in the ears for me. and hard to control features.

Since these buds are designed as open-type rather than canal types, they provide a unique comfort level without the need for earbud tips. To ensure the best fit, let's make sure you’re placing the left and right buds correctly—just look for the L and R marks on the bottom. The R bud should go in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud in your left ear with the L facing you. We recommend angling the microphone towards your mouth rather than straight down for optimal sound pickup. Don't hesitate to rotate them a bit forwards or backwards until you find that perfect fit. We totally understand how important it is to find the perfect fit. Since the Galaxy Buds3 have that open-type design, it can feel a bit different from what you might be used to with traditional ear tips. To help you get the best experience, start by placing them in your ears and looking for the directional marks—an ‘L’ and an ‘R’. When you insert the R bud, make sure the ‘R’ is facing you, and do the same for the left one. A little tip we love is to angle the bud so the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. This can really help with call quality! If you find they’re not quite right, don’t hesitate to adjust them by rotating the buds slightly until they feel comfortable.
