As you mentioned, these buds are designed as open-type rather than canal types, which means they don’t have earbud tips. To get started, all you need to do is place them in your ears and check the bottom for the directional marks—look for the L and R. When you insert the R bud, make sure the R is facing you in your right ear, and the L bud should go in your left ear with the L facing you. A helpful hint is to angle the blade slightly, so the microphone points towards your mouth instead of straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
