Quality audio. Good balance between ears. massive upgrade in touch commands since Buds 2. However, the phsycial design is slippery and they're extremely likely to fall out of the ear with little provocation.

Keeping your earbuds up to date is crucial for maintaining optimal performance and addressing potential concerns. You can easily check for updates using the Galaxy Wearable app on your mobile device. Additionally, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try to improve sound quality. First, restart the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing it for at least 7 seconds, and then removing them again. Ensure that the touch-sensitive sensors are making proper contact with your ears. If you don't hear the detection sound, adjust the position of the earbuds. Check the charging contacts for sweat or moisture and clean them thoroughly if necessary before placing the earbuds back in the case. Since these buds are designed as open-type rather than canal-type, they don't have traditional earbud tips. Getting the right fit can take a bit of adjustment—try placing them in your ears with the correct orientation (R in the right ear and L in the left) and angling the blade slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth.
