The buds are good as well as the sound. But they can be slippery. They've fallen out of my ears as well as my hand trying to take them in and out of the case.
The ear buds dont fit in my ears.. im constantly worried that they will fall out and I will lose them. I am only able to wear them when im stationary. But I guess that's a me problem.
Otherwise, the sound quality is good and noise canceling is cool.

Hi Vickie! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3. We love to see that you like the sound quality and ANC. We also see that you may be having some trouble finding the best fit. We understand how the design might feel different at first since they don't have traditional earbud tips. The idea behind this design is to offer a more open listening experience while ensuring comfort, and we're glad you're giving them a try. Just a quick tip: during your first use, make sure to check the directional marks on the earbuds. The little L and R symbols are there to help. When you place the R bud in your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud in your left ear, it should create a more seamless experience. Also, don’t hesitate to angle them slightly so that the microphone faces your mouth. This can make a big difference for calls or using voice commands. If you find them slightly off, we encourage you to adjust their position by rotating them forwards or backwards until you get the perfect fit. We hope these adjustments enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. If you have any other questions or feedback, feel free to share them with us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They do have a hard time staying in. Even after switching sizes for the ear buds. They tend to fall out sometimes. When they are in however the sound quality is great.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. It's great to know that you enjoy the sound quality when the buds are in place. The Galaxy Buds3 features an open-ear design meant to provide comfort for extended use while delivering quality audio performance. Since they do not come with interchangeable ear tips, achieving the right fit involves adjusting their placement. Make sure to insert the buds with the correct directional markings—“L” for your left ear and “R” for your right ear—with the microphone blade angled towards your mouth rather than straight down. If needed, you can rotate the buds forward or backward until they sit securely and comfortably. Your feedback about fit is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Downgrade from the buds2 pro.
on April 6, 2025

This had been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had using headphones. 8/10 times when I put the headphones in the case to charge it says there is foreign material in the case and they will not charge. I do not reccomend buying these headphones at all. The buds 2 pro were great and this is a huge downgrade. I am in the samsung ecosystem but about to refresh my equipment as it's aging. Will likely switch to the Google pixel and accessories. Really bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. If you are experiencing charging difficulties, cleaning the earbuds and charging contacts thoroughly can help. Sweat or liquid can sometimes interfere with charging, so keeping them dry and clean is key. Restarting the earbuds or using the Galaxy Wearable app for troubleshooting might also improve your experience. Your insights about transitioning from the Buds2 Pro are valuable, and we will make sure to consider them as we continue enhancing our products. Once again, thank you for letting us know your thoughts.
