Great sound

We understand how important comfort is, especially for those with sensitive ears. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, which means they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. We hope these tips help enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. I really enjoy the quality, the feel, & the aesthetic of the headphones. However, the fit is really not good. I have relatively normal ear size but yet, I still have trouble keeping these in my ear. It was really bad to the point where I contemplated returning them. I really hope something can be done about that because other than the fit, these are great headphones.

The sound and clarity is all great as usual but the fit is terrible. I can't chew while it's in my ears as it falls off in some time. It's never secure since there is no silicon ear tip. I wonder where is the design research team doing their job.
