[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung buds 3 is honestly the best product by far for when it comes to their comfort and sound quality. I have had these buds for about 4 months now and I really love the sound and how I can customize the bass on the galaxy wearable app. The noise cancelation is better than ever and it helps when you are on a exercise run or trying to meditate. My streaming experience is better than before when I can hear every aspect of sound the video/movie provides. I have more focus in school and a more focused mind now that I mention. The battery life is amazing since it gets me through a whole day of straight relaxation. I really love and enjoy having the buds 3 they are by far the best ear bud product ever.

Amazing Sound

I'm listening to music I've had on my phone for years...but now I'm hearing notes, instruments, things I didn't pick up on. Opened a whole new door.

These do not fit well. They fall out and the sound is terrible unless your actually pushing on them to form a good seal in your ear canal. Total waste of Money

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Wearing your Galaxy Buds3 improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears.
1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you.
3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you.
4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down.
5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right.

I dont recomend them for people with small ears. They don't fit well and fall all the time doing exercises plus they didn't allow me to change it for the other ones

Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal-type ones, we understand that they may take some time to get used to for certain users, as they do not come with earbud tips. To get started, simply place the buds in your ears and check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks—you will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the bud so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they feel comfortable. We want to to ensure that your buds fit especially when you are working out and we hope these tips help you achieve that. Best New Buds at a Great Price
