Good sound mid fit and not so great connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound produced is great and couldn't be happier with the quality for the price. The fit is a bit weird because you have to twist the hard bud into your ear until it fits snug how ever to get the snug fit to where it doesn't feel like it's going to fall out it feels painful from the tension or sits awkwardly at angle that doesn't feel natural. The connectivity is the next issue when not using these buds and they're resting in there case they tend to connect to my phone and I can't use the sound on my phone unless I disconnect my Bluetooth. I've reinstalled the buds updated the buds and took all proper steps that were suggested to get it to stop connecting while they were in their case and it still does it which makes it really inconvenient. I wish I had gotten the pros like i originally thought they were. But that's a whole different scenario.

To get the best fit, we recommend inserting the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. We see that you may be having some difficulty trying to get the right fit with your buds. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type, which truly sets them apart. The design is all about comfort and ease of use. To ensure a perfect fit, first, place the earbuds in your ears and check the bottom for directional markings; you'll see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear, making sure the "R" faces you, and do the same with the left bud (L) in your left ear. For optimal comfort, adjust the earbuds by angling them slightly so that the microphone at the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down, and feel free to rotate them forwards and backwards until you find the fit that feels best for you. An amazing product

These ear buds fit comfortably in my ears and have amazing sound controls and noise cancelation whenever you choose. Very convenient for pausing music or controlling volume at the touch of your finger tips. Work in a very dirty environment so even ordered extra pairs cause it's well worth the cost. Pairs automatically to phone after set up and easy to track when lost using Wearable or 'Find My' app.
