I had my bud 2 for several years and loved them so I used my once a year gift to get the bud 3's these are way more cheaply made have a terrible fit i feel ashamed having advocated samsung products all these years I work hard for my money and am the only one who gets me gifts thanks for a terrible present this year samsung

To get the best fit and performance, check the directional marks (L and R) on the buds before placing them in your ears. Insert the right bud with the "R" facing you and the left bud with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so the microphone points towards your mouth, and adjust them by rotating forward or backward until they feel secure. I highly recommend this phone to other cell phone. Also a good app. Is the "seamless actions across apps."

We see that you reached out because one of your buds sound volume is lower than the other and we're here to help. First, make sure your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. You can do this by going to Settings, selecting Software Update, tapping Download and Install, and following the on-screen instructions. It's also important to note that an imbalance in sound volume can occur if the earbuds are not worn properly. For optimal sound quality and performance, ensure that the Galaxy Buds Pro are placed correctly in your ears, as improper placement can affect their functionality and sound quality. If the volume levels remain uneven despite wearing them properly, you can adjust the left/right sound balance in the Galaxy Wearable app. Just open the app, tap on Advanced, go to the Hearing Enhancements menu, and set the balance to the center. These ear buds fit comfortably in my ears and have amazing sound controls and noise cancelation whenever you choose. Very convenient for pausing music or controlling volume at the touch of your finger tips. Work in a very dirty environment so even ordered extra pairs cause it's well worth the cost. Pairs automatically to phone after set up and easy to track when lost using Wearable or 'Find My' app.
