Maybe you need to improve the design of how the earbuds fit into the case. I find it difficult to place them back, especially in low-light conditions. It’s not easy to align them properly with the case. Auto connect is good though.

The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they do not use traditional earbud tips that can create a snug fit. To get the best experience, we recommend trying this method: place the buds in your ears and check the directional marks on the bottom, where there is an “L” for left and an “R” for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the “L” facing you. You will want to angle the bud slightly so that the microphone at the bottom points towards your mouth. This might require some adjustment, so feel free to rotate the buds forwards and backwards until you find a fit that feels comfortable for you. I had my bud 2 for several years and loved them so I used my once a year gift to get the bud 3's these are way more cheaply made have a terrible fit i feel ashamed having advocated samsung products all these years I work hard for my money and am the only one who gets me gifts thanks for a terrible present this year samsung
