I hate them. They don't stay in and when they do, they are extremely uncomfortable

Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Char. We really appreciate getting insights from our customers so that we can continue to improve. With Galaxy Buds3, you can focus on what you love and avoid what you don’t. Thanks to Active Noise Cancellation, these earbuds filter out surrounding sounds, allowing you to enjoy your favorite audio without any unwanted distractions. We hate to see that you haven't been able to get the best fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earb FEds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. It is crucial to get a good fit especially while using features such as noise cancellation. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Buds review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is pretty good. Has a slight odor to them, but other than they're cool. Noise canceling is awsome like the new look.
They are nice, good sound and all but they fall out my ear so easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Queen! The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears. The absence of earbud tips is intended to provide a more natural listening experience while still allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings. Don't stay on ear

Have to adjust ear piece about 20 times in the span of 5 minutes. Sound on the ear piece is great, but the hardware design is horrible.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Nick. We're thrilled to see that you love the sound quality. We noted your concern about having to constantly adjust your buds to fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal-type earbuds, which is why they don’t come with earbud tips. To get the best fit, simply place them in your ears, making sure to look for the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You’ll see an "L" and an "R" to help you identify which bud goes in which ear. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" also facing you. For a comfortable fit, try angling them slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right. We appreciate your feedback and hope this helps enhance your experience!
