As you may know, the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which differs from traditional canal-type earbuds. This design aims to provide a more natural listening experience while being mindful of comfort. If the buds are causing any discomfort, we recommend checking how they're positioned in your ears. Make sure you're inserting the right bud (R) into your right ear and the left (L) into your left, with the directional marks facing you. A gentle angle can help, with the microphone pointing towards your mouth. You can also slightly rotate the buds forward and backward until you find that perfect fit. Great sound, but...

The sound is great, the app is great, but they don't stay in my ears very well. Constantly paranoid they are about to fall out. The Buds2 with the rubber earpieces fit snuggly and never fell out. A classic case for "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
I would recommend this to a friend!

They don't charge have to do alot of things to the case in order for them to charge

If you notice that they are not charging as expected, we recommend checking that the charging contacts are clean and free from debris, as this can improve the connection. Also, be sure to ensure that you are using the correct Samsung chargers to charge your buds.
