Hi Twice. Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. We understand how important comfort is when using earbuds, and we're here to help you get the best fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, which means they don't have earbud tips. To get started, insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can then adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. These steps can help ensure a more comfortable and secure fit. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to help you every step of the way. Thank you for choosing Samsung and if you every have any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Maggie! With the Buds3, you can enjoy exceptional audio quality regardless of how they fit in your ears. The Adaptive Equalizer, powered by Galaxy AI, adjusts the sound based on how you wear the Buds, allowing you to experience immersive audio while you're on the go. We understand how important it is to have earbuds that fit comfortably and securely. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To ensure they stay in place, start by checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. I would rather have the pros due to these not having the rubber tips, so the buds fit more snug in my ears.

Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, B Wimbish! We’re thrilled to hear from you and get your insights. The Galaxy Buds3 are crafted as open-type earbuds to ensure a comfortable and breathable fit. To get the best sound quality and comfort, make sure you’re inserting them correctly. The directional marks—'L' for left and 'R' for right—are essential for proper placement, so be sure the letters are facing you. Once you have them in your ears, angling the earbuds slightly will help ensure the microphone points toward your mouth, enhancing the clarity during calls. If they don’t feel just right, you can adjust the position by gently rotating them forwards or backwards until you find your sweet spot. We hope these tips make your listening experience even better! If you have more questions or need further guidance, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
