Great sound quality but poor touch and mic respons

When talking people on the line have reported hearing disturbing noise on the audio and have difficulty understanding your voice. The touch response only works for lowering and raising the volume. 7 out of 10 my thinking.

The Galaxy Buds3 are designed with a brand-new shape to ensure comfort throughout your day, no matter the activities you’re tackling. For a more personalized experience, the Adaptive Equalizer powered by Galaxy AI adjusts the audio based on how the Buds sit in your ears, so you can enjoy immersive sound wherever life takes you. We recommend experimenting with the way the Buds are positioned. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earb FEds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. If your Galaxy Buds3 are producing low sound quality, it may be related to the battery power. To charge your Buds3 effectively, ensure you are using the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter or a compatible Qi wireless charger. When charging wirelessly, make sure the case is centered on the charging pad. If the case has a cover, removing it may improve charging connectivity. Additionally, verify that the Buds3 are properly seated in their case so that the charging contacts align correctly. Over time, debris can accumulate on the charging points. It’s important to gently clean the contacts inside the case and on the earbuds according to Samsung's cleaning guidelines. Lastly, monitor the indicator lights on the case, as they show the charging status. A flashing red light may indicate an external power issue, so try disconnecting and reconnecting the charger.
