We hate to see that you had some challenges trying to get your buds to stay in. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds are designed for a comfortable listening experience, and you'll notice they don't have ear tips. To use them, simply pop them into your ears and look for the handy directional markings on the bottom of each bud—there’s an "L" for left and an "R" for right! Pop the R bud in your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud in your left ear the same way. Tilt them slightly so the microphone faces you for the best sound quality. Finally, adjust them a bit by rotating them until they fit just right. We appreciate your feedback once again and hope to hear more from you in the future. Nice Sound Horrible Charging

I've had these for 9 months. Sound quality is great. Charging is an issue. I had the case replaced under warranty, and they still don't charge correctly. Very often I end up with only 1 earbud at the gym, because one is dead and won't charge.

Fits poorly in ear canal

We understand that achieving a proper fit is essential, especially during workouts. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, meaning they do not come with earbud tips. To get started, simply place the buds in your ears and check the bottom for directional marks labeled 'L' for left and 'R' for right. Insert the 'R' bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and the 'L' bud into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. Adjust the angle of the buds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can further fine-tune the fit by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Disappointed with the product.

Other then that, im not fond of the touch controls or the way they feel when wearing them. They are extremely uncomfortable( even with the different ear inserts) not to mention and don't sound very good. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
