I like the style but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device itself is really cool, the sound is great as well my only problem is my ears are small & they really don't stay in & the hurt after like 30 min. I really like the galaxy buds2 much better.

It's fantastic to see that you enjoy the excellent sound quality these earbuds provide. We also understand that having a proper fit is essential for the best experience. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type ones, they do not come with earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears, checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks that indicate "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward or backward until you find a comfortable fit. Amazing Sound poor fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound dynamics of Galaxy Buds 3. They sound amazing. But... the fit in my ears is horribly bad. I know it depends on person to person, so this may not affect you.
I am able to make do of it because I wear a turban so that helps me keep it in my ears.

Amazing addition to the Samsung Ecosystem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these buds for translation while on a business trip, they were extremely helpful for me. I also use them for listening to music discretely while at work so I don't disrupt others. Meetings are crystal clear with them as well, and everyone loves the microphone, it only transmits my voice, not background stuff.
The seamless action across apps is another great feature, gesture controls and button actions control just like a media device.

Huge disappointment.

I am disappointed with mine. They don't stay in my ears and the noise canceling doesn't work at all. I feel duped for waisting my money on these. I hate them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Buds3 boasts a new, comfortable design specifically engineered to keep your ears comfortable all day long, fitting securely and snugly. Additionally, the adaptive equalizer with Galaxy AI automatically adjusts the sound quality based on how you wear your buds, ensuring an optimal audio experience no matter the fit. We understand the importance of having a proper fit with these buds, especially in order to enjoy features such as Active Noise Cancellation. Check out the link attached for detailed instructions showing you how to get the best fit with your buds. Regarding noise cancellation, it effectively quiets unwanted background noise and is available only when both earbuds are worn. To access this feature via Galaxy Wearable, simply tap on Active noise canceling, use the slider to adjust levels, and turn on Auto switch to ambient sound if needed.
