Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3! Your feedback is crucial as we continue to make improvements and changes. While multi-point connectivity may not be available for non-Samsung devices, we’re excited to share that you can still enjoy seamless audio experiences across your devices. With PC Auto Switch, you can effortlessly transition from listening to your PC to answering a call on your phone. Additionally, with the Autocast feature, you can share your sound with those around you, allowing multiple pairs of Buds to connect to a TV or smartphone. This makes it perfect for enjoying silent discos or movie nights with friends! We appreciate your thoughts and hope you enjoy all the features that the Galaxy Buds3 has to offer. For any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
They're decent but the buds 2 pro are better. They fit better and connectivity is better. The 3s will be shut in the case sitting on my night stand and randomly connect to my phone and I have to discover my Bluetooth to do the connection or pull them out and put them back in. If this happened during the night it could potentially have me miss my alarm by only going off issue the ear buds. I never have that problem with the pros. Also along with originally ordering these they were listed as buds 3 pros but they're just the 3s.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3, Frankey! Your feedback helps us as we continue to strive for improvements. We aim to provide seamless connectivity, so we hate to see that you've experienced challenges with the earbuds randomly connecting to your phone, and we understand how that can be concerning to you. If this situation persists, we recommend resetting the buds and ensuring they’re updated with the latest software. This can often help enhance performance and resolve connectivity concerns. We also appreciate your feedback on the fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they do not include earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and look for the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphone at the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the position of the buds by rotating them forward and backward until you achieve a comfortable fit. Once again, we appreciate your feedback. If your experience continues as far as the random connections, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can further assist you. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Flavia. The Buds3 utilizes the Samsung Seamless Codec, which retains high-quality streaming across devices with audio up to 24bit/96kHz. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the great sound quality. However, we understand the importance of a secure fit for an enjoyable experience. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place the buds in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbud stems for directional indicators that show an "L" and an "R." Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the bud so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003519/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We're thrilled to see that you love the earbuds. Regarding the charging case, we'd like to work with you to help get this resolved. First, make sure that the charging case is clean and that there isn’t any debris in the charging port or on the pins. Sometimes a quick cleaning can make a big difference. Additionally, try using a different Samsung charging cable or power source to see if that makes a difference. It's important to ensure that the cables are certified and compatible. If you're still experiencing difficulty with the charging case, resetting your Galaxy Buds3 might also help. You can do this by using the Wearable app. Samsung products are covered against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship by a limited 12-month warranty. Additionally, we offer Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. You can enroll eligible mobile devices on Samsung.com at the time of purchase, or within 60 days of purchase at samsungcareplus.com. If this continues to be your experience, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
