Doesn't fit my ears

The ear buds dont fit in my ears.. im constantly worried that they will fall out and I will lose them. I am only able to wear them when im stationary. But I guess that's a me problem.
Otherwise, the sound quality is good and noise canceling is cool.

The idea behind this design is to offer a more open listening experience while ensuring comfort, and we're glad you're giving them a try. Just a quick tip: during your first use, make sure to check the directional marks on the earbuds. The little L and R symbols are there to help. When you place the R bud in your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud in your left ear, it should create a more seamless experience. Also, don’t hesitate to angle them slightly so that the microphone faces your mouth. This can make a big difference for calls or using voice commands. If you find them slightly off, we encourage you to adjust their position by rotating them forwards or backwards until you get the perfect fit. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While being expensive there worth the price point great audio qaulity no problems with any of the features like noise canceling etc the voice commands are great even in my helmet when I ride my fourwheeler these earbuds hold up very well.

To help you achieve the best fit, we recommend double-checking the insertion of the buds. Make sure to look for the directional marks on the bottom; the “R” should face you when you place the right bud in your right ear, and the “L” should face you for the left ear. It might also help to angle the blade slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth, which can enhance both comfort and sound quality.
