Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the galaxy buds 3. I use them anytime I'm on the phone. I can hear whomever I'm talking with crystal clear. My galaxy note 24 ultra has a case on it and it times it's hard to hear when the speaker is on and they have a hard time hearing me. It did take a while to get used to adjusting them in my ear so they didn't fall out. I'm excited about getting the buds pro 3...OH BTW they block out the noise that surrounds us.

I brought these about 2 months ago and now the left earbuds do not charge at all. Overall they are okay if you don't have the same issue as I did. I had the bud 2s for the longest time and I think those were way better. The noise canceling is alright but not the best with these. Only thing I really liked were the design, but could be better so they don't keep falling.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Additionally, ensure that your case itself is charged properly, as insufficient battery can impact charging. We also want you to enjoy the full benefits of our ANC feature. We understand that you may be having difficulty achieving the perfect fit with these earbuds. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, meaning they do not have ear tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and look for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds— you'll see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they fit comfortably. Your experience helps us continue to improve and provide the best for our users. On the first week of use I started hearing static noise, I reached out to the team , they guided me to reset them after a video sharing with them that you could hear a very loud whistle noise. They still keep doing it many times since then. Also then you rub them by mistake you can hear another whistle noise that makes you take off the earbuds. I would never buy them again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
