Sound quality. I can block noise when desired or allow as much out noise as needed. Great when I'm working and need to block out.

I wanted to give these a 4-star rating because I love Samsung products, but if I'm not honest in my reviews, I'll be doing both them and myself a disservice. The sound quality is good, and I also like the controls on the headset. However, they do not stay in my ear. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong, but no matter what I do, they won't stay in. They've dropped on the bus, in the elevator, and while walking down the street. They just don't feel secure. I only use them around the house because I'm afraid to lose them. I am giving them 3 stars because I believe in the quality overall, it's just the fit for me.

As the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, they don’t come with tips like traditional canal models, which can sometimes make achieving a secure fit a bit tricky. To help you ensure they stay in place, we recommend checking the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—look for the “L” and “R.” When inserting them, make sure the “R” bud is in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the “L” in your left ear with the “L” also facing you. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds slightly forward or backward until they feel just right. Positioning the microphone towards your mouth can also enhance your experience. However, in my experience, the fit is not the most comfortable. Despite trying different positions, the earbuds do not stay securely in my ears and tend to fall out with movement, making them impractical for daily use, especially while walking or exercising.
Unlike other models with interchangeable silicone ear tips, these have a rigid open-fit design, which may not be ideal for all ear types. In my case, the lack of a secure fit affected the overall experience, making them unreliable for activities that involve movement.

Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. Poor fit poor design

Bought these a few months ago and I've had them fall out on trains planes busses I've had them fall out on loading docks. The tracking app is useless. And even with keeping my ears clean the audio is now trash. There's no way to open them up and clean them they require to send them in to get cleaned but that costs additional money that's not worth spending on these. Hands down the worst Samsung device I've bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good product. 1 or 2 drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for music listening and talking on the phone. I did find the case not wanting to charge due to the new design similar to airport, it seems more can get stuck in the case as it isn't as shallow.
2. I did have support issues with Samsung that have since been rectified but initially I was having Bluetooth issues.
Now everything is fixed and I love my buds.

There are so many user friendly options, easy to use and let's take a minute to appreciate the sound quality. I am able to use my earbuds while using my phone and tablet at the same time. It can detect what screen you're looking at and switch sound modes. Love them. Holds a charge with constant use for about 4 days sometimes longer. Clear sound when in calls as well.
