Additionally, there are several troubleshooting steps you can try to improve sound quality. First, restart the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing it for at least 7 seconds, and then removing them again. Ensure that the touch-sensitive sensors are making proper contact with your ears. If you don't hear the detection sound, adjust the position of the earbuds. Some improvements, slip out easily

Quality audio. Good balance between ears. massive upgrade in touch commands since Buds 2. However, the phsycial design is slippery and they're extremely likely to fall out of the ear with little provocation.

Always falling out of my ears

I bought these a month and a half ago and im not impressed with the earbud 3 the earbud 2's is so much better.

If you are having trouble keeping your buds from falling The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get the best fit, start by checking the bottom of each earbud for directional marks, where you'll find an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right earbud. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and similarly, insert the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Make sure to angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. You can adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. We hope these tips enhance your experience! Won't stay in ear

The is sound is good and I followed the instructions for wearing them, but they fell out of my ears with little to no movement on my part. I should have purchased the pro's. Will be returning after only one day after delivery
