I cut grass so I always have mine in and after a year they still work like new. And being able to find my headphones app come in handy alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio Quality is soo good and feels very premium. The ANC on these earbuds are really very good. Cancels out 85% of all outside Noise . Charges super fast as well and the battery last a long time.

The galaxy buds 3 are perfect for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new design of the ear buds grabbed my attention instantly. I love the way the buds sit in my ear snugly. The sound quality is great with the added feature of adjusting the EQ to your preferences. Along with the option of 360 sound, the listening experience really different compared to other buds. Lastly, with the buds 3 having features like live interpreter, this became a must have product.

My buds are defective

First, please reset your earbuds to see if that resolves the connectivity concern. It’s also important to ensure that the software on your buds is up to date for optimal performance. You can check for updates in the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. Additionally, we want to remind you that Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, so if you continue to have issues, you may be covered. We also provide Samsung Care+ for your device, which offers extended protection and additional support.
