Great sound and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound of these are amazing. I feel like I am in the music when I'm listening to it. One feature that I love is the noise cancelation. There are times at work where I need to focus and I'm able to put that on so that I can just hear the music and my work. Answering phone calls is simple and so is hanging up.

Hey Yadi! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3, Yadi. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when they slide out while you're using them. The Galaxy Buds3 features an open-type design rather than traditional ear tips, it might take a little adjustment to get the perfect fit. We recommend checking for the directional marks at the bottom of each earbud. Make sure to insert the right bud (the one marked with “R”) into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same with the left one (marked with “L”) for your left ear. Getting the angle right can really make a difference, too! Position the microphone towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also gently rotate the buds forwards and backwards until they feel snug and secure. We hope these tips enhance your experience! Audio quality is great but there is no grip when the buds are on ears. If you move or tilt your head, the buds just fall off. There is no way to securely fit the buds in ears.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, they lack earbud tips, which can sometimes make achieving a secure fit more challenging for some.
