The product is good, but it's not flexible or adjustable in the ears. It keeps falling down from the ears and is not adjustable. I bought it in March 2025, and I'm not able to use it.

To improve their fit, ensure that the earbuds are positioned correctly in your ears. Insert the right earbud (marked with "R") into your right ear and the left earbud (marked with "L") into your left ear, with the letters facing you. Adjust the angle of the earbuds so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. You can also rotate the earbuds slightly forward or backward until they feel secure and comfortable. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right.
