Since the Galaxy Buds3 have that open-type design, it can feel a bit different from what you might be used to with traditional ear tips. To help you get the best experience, start by placing them in your ears and looking for the directional marks—an ‘L’ and an ‘R’. When you insert the R bud, make sure the ‘R’ is facing you, and do the same for the left one. A little tip we love is to angle the bud so the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. This can really help with call quality! If you find they’re not quite right, don’t hesitate to adjust them by rotating the buds slightly until they feel comfortable. beware of fit, or lack thereof

Traded in my buds2pro, regrettably, for this buds3. This new design sucks. Terrible fit. The charging contact/speaker is like a little hook waiting to grab onto something so it can fall out with minimal hassle which it does anytime its jostled even a little bit. 3rd party ear tip covers make it so the ear buds cant fit in the charging case. I'm not going to install/remove the ear tip covers every time I want to use them. Should've gotten the buds3pro but just gonna look at other manufacturers instead.
Giving this product 2 stars instead of 1 because I'm happy w/ the sound quality, but that's about it.

Amazing water resistance and great sound

I bought these earbuds about 6 months ago and really like them! They have great sound. The noise cancelling works very well and I use them when I mow to listen to music while blocking out the mowing sound. I recently was working near my pond and one fell out into the pond (probably the only complaint I have it that they don't stay securely in my ears, even after putting the largest rubber tip on) and I couldn't find the submerged earbud for 2 days (submerged to about 3 feet deep). I dried them using a towel, some air from a canned air keyboard cleaner, and left in a bag of Dessicant (the little bags that come with most electronics... I save them instead of throwing them out) and much to my surprise they charged up and sounded great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I give it four stars because yes, it is true that the placement of the headphones at first is a little uncomfortable, the rest when you already know them and know how to locate them they do not fall easily and it is a matter of being able to adjust them or find, let's say, an ideal position so that they do not fall easily, the rest of the sound is very good, the sound cancellation and the AI function is good, the only reason why I give it four stars is because of the detail of the adjustment and I would say that it is difficult for one to learn to locate it at first. The design is elegant and sophisticated.
