Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, MommaJ! It’s great to see that you enjoy the sound quality of your buds. For a better fit, it's helpful to ensure that the "R" and "L" markings on the earbuds are facing you when you insert them—this can make a big difference in how secure they feel. After inserting the buds, try angling them slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth. Just rotating them a bit forward or backward can really help find that perfect fit. If they still feel loose, it might take a little bit of experimentation to find the position that feels comfortable and secure for you. Your listening experience matters, and we hope this helps you get a better fit. For any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Ckrose. It's great to see that you're enjoying the excellent noise-cancellation feature. We completely understand that achieving the ideal fit is essential for the overall experience with your buds. Since the Galaxy Buds3 have an open-type design without earbud tips, it can take a slight adjustment to find the proper positioning. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds. You should see an 'L' for the left earbud and an 'R' for the right. To ensure a comfortable fit, insert the 'R' bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you and the 'L' bud into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. It can help to angle the buds slightly so that the microphone is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. Additionally, you can adjust the buds by gently rotating them forwards and backwards until you find the fit that feels just right. We hope these tips will enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support! -Kelvin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds3 have good sound, but they are so uncomfortable. They hurt my ears and have left sores. Noise cancelation is okay.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Sam. We're glad to see you appreciate the sound quality! Regarding the discomfort you've mentioned, we understand how crucial a comfortable fit is for enjoying your audio. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, making them easy to wear. To help you achieve the best fit, we recommend checking the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks—an 'L' for left and an 'R' for right. Insert the right bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and the left bud into your left ear with the 'L' facing you. You can also angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth, rather than straight down. Adjusting the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards may help you find a more comfortable fit. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. Thank you for being a part of the Samsung community! -Kelvin

Don't get the non-Pro version

I traded in my buds2 pros for these. What a mistake. The sound quality is no where near as good and they fall out of my ear when I exercise.
If you get the carrying case , make sure to drill a hole in it where the pairing button is on the head phone case, because you have to pry the lid off of the carrying case to get the buds' case out of it in order to pair them with a new device. IMHO that is a major design flaw with the carrying case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We're glad to see you made the upgrade from the Buds2 Pro. We understand how important sound quality and a secure fit are, especially during exercise. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, which means they do not have tips like canal-type buds. To get started, simply place the earbuds in your ears. Check the bottom of each earbud for directional markings; you will see an "L" for left and an "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the position of the buds by rotating them back and forth until they feel comfortable. Regarding the carrying case, your suggestion to drill a hole for the pairing button is very helpful. For optimal sound quality, we recommend keeping your earbuds updated with the latest software updates to ensure they perform at their best. We are committed to listening to our customers and making improvements constantly. If you have any further concerns or questions, be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Horrible.... they fall out 73 times a day.... great features, horrible design tho. I even purchased ear hooks for them and they still don't stay in. They do fit upside down and a tay in better that way but when u turn them that way the sensor that tells the headphones they are being worn dont touch your skin in that position so they cut off.... these are absolute hot garbage

Thank you for sharing your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Alicia. We understand how frustrating it can be when your earbuds do not fit securely. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. We hope this helps you achieve the right fit so that you can enjoy all the great features your buds offer. Your feedback is invaluable as we strive to improve our products. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin
