Great but could be better

Love the Samsung ecosystem and these are great alternative to Airpods. Sound and phone call quality is fantastic. However, they do not fit as secure in my ears as Airpods3 due to their slightly larger size and angular shape.
Overall great performance.

To access advanced sound settings and enhance your listening experience, be sure to download the Galaxy Wearable app and enjoy your music wherever it takes you! We understand that a great fit is essential for a good experience with your earbuds. The Galaxy Buds 3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you will see an "L" for left and an "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and insert the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the earbuds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. We hope that these tips help you get a better fit. Frequent Call Quality Issues and Connectivity Prob

The call quality is poor with these earbuds. The voice on the other end sounds highly distorted during calls, and often, the other person cannot hear you at all.
Sometimes, you even need to disconnect, place the earbuds back in the case, and reconnect them to get them to work properly during a call.

These are worse than the gen 1 version in EVERY way. They're uncomftorable, the touch controls are difficult to use, they frequently dont charge when returned to the case, and worse of all one of them has stopped working after less than a month!

First, it's important to note that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal-type. This means they do not have ear tips. To ensure a comfortable fit, please check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating “L” for left and “R” for right. Insert the right (R) bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same for the left (L) bud in your left ear. Angle the bud slightly so the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth. Adjust by rotating it forwards and backwards until it feels comfortable. For the touch controls, using a light tap can make a difference because pressing too hard may complicate their usage. If you are experiencing charging difficulties, ensure that the earbuds are seated correctly in the case. They should snap into place easily. Cleaning the charging contacts can also help ensure a good connection. They don't stay in the ears very well. Even the lightest jostling from walking around makes them pop right out. This also prevents me from using the touch controls which is a shame as the voice controls don't always pick up the southern accent

I bought these to replace my Buds2. Big mistake. They do not fit. There is sound degredation and they pop out. The design is horrible for human ears. I do not recommend this product.

They pop out of the ear really easy

The sound is decent. I don't like that they made them all plastic and rather large and didn't include any rubber ear tips to help them stay in the ear. My ears are on the smaller side as an adult and it's hard to comfortably seat these in my ears and have them stay. They pop out at least a few times a day (I use my earbuds all day at work.) The only options you can find to help are after market rubber ear hooks and they have to be removed before you can put them in the charging case. I'm afraid I'm going to lose an earbud with how easy they come out of my ear.

Good product, poor fit for me

I've had the last 3 generations of Samsung ear buds. I was determined not to but more but I was able to get these at such a great price. I ordered them and they arrived quickly. The sound and features are great. At times, they are very sensitive and will just start playing music based on a command or perceived command. I would not purchase them if I had to do it again for only one reason. This style does not stay in my ear. I loved the other Samsung ear bud designs because they fit perfectly in my ear especially the Galaxy Buds Live.
