We're glad to see that the buds have sounded great for you however, we noticed that you may be having some trouble keeping them from falling out. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type rather than canal-type, so they lack earbud tips. To use them, simply follow these steps: Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—an "L" for left and an "R" for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust them by rotating them until they feel comfortable.
