Dont fit firmly in the ear. They feel like they willl fall out. Went with other models. Samsung did return just fine.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Jskel1! We always appreciate your feedback. The Buds3 features stunning speakers equipped with a new 11mm speaker and a 1.5x amp-enhanced diaphragm, elevating your sound from dull to dynamic. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds for a more comfortable listening experience, which does mean they don’t come with earbud tips like traditional canal-type earbuds. To help you get the best fit, simply place them in your ears as indicated by the directional marks—look for the “R” for the right ear and “L” for the left. To ensure they sit comfortably and securely, try angling the buds slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth, and adjust them by rotating them forward or backward until you find the fit that feels right for you. We hope this guidance enhances your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 if you choose to give them another go! For giant ears, I guess.

I wanted to love these, because I LOVE my galaxy live buds, but they're discontinued, and it's so hard to find earbuds that don't have the uncomfortable rubber piece that goes into your ear, but these are weirdly massive! They don't fit in my ears at all and immediately fall out. They kind of fit upside down, but I'm so disappointed. Bring the live buds back, those were the most comfortable earbuds ever.

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. We always love getting insights from our customers. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the fit. We designed the Galaxy Buds3 with a brand-new open-type style that prioritizes comfort, so they do not feature traditional earbud tips. This allows for a more relaxed fit in your ears, making them ideal for extended use throughout the day. To ensure the best experience, make sure to check the directional indicators on the earbuds. The “R” should be placed in your right ear and the “L” in your left, both facing towards you. You can also adjust the angle of the buds slightly, so the microphone points towards your mouth, which can enhance your call quality. To find the fit that feels right for you, don’t hesitate to rotate them slightly forwards or backwards. We’re here to help you get the most out of your Galaxy Buds3, so if you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support! -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Brandon. We understand that finding the right fit can be challenging for some, especially with open-type earbuds like these. Since the Galaxy Buds3 don’t come with ear tips, it's important to ensure they are positioned correctly in your ears. Be sure to check for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds—'L' for left and 'R' for right. When you insert them, angle the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth for optimal sound. You can also adjust the position by rotating them slightly forward or backward until they feel comfortable and secure. With a bit of adjustment, we’re confident you’ll be able to enjoy the incredible sound quality and features of the Galaxy Buds3. Thank you again for your feedback. loved the buds 2 so much more. 3 things that i really didnt like about these, they fall out of your ears, they don't come in purple, and i think they're trying too hard to look like airpods. why do they need to have that stick coming off of them? its just a worse design than before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3, Cami! We’re glad to see you loved the Buds 2 and appreciate your feedback on the new design. We understand that having a secure fit is important for an enjoyable listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, which means they do not have tips like canal-type earbuds. To get started, simply check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings; you will see an "L" for the left ear and an "R" for the right ear. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and do the same with the left bud (L) for your left ear. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Regarding color options, while the Buds3 may not be available in purple, we constantly look for ways to expand our color range to cater to our users' preferences. We appreciate your input on this! As for the design, the Buds3 features a unique stem design that enhances active noise cancellation and overall sound quality, providing you with an immersive audio experience. This design choice was made to ensure that our products deliver exceptional performance. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. Horrible design, they do not sit in the ears and keep falling out. I don't know which idiot designed these. They do not have a silicon tip nor do they fit properly in the ears. Overall one of the worst buds I have ever come across. Idiotic design, worth negative 10 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Shiva! We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. The Buds 3 feature an open-type design with a one-way speaker and single amplifier. They have a 43mAh battery, a water resistance rating of IP57, active noise canceling, and 360 audio. Unlike canal-type earbuds, the Galaxy Buds3 do not have ear tips, making them easy to use; simply place them in your ears. To get started, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating left (L) and right (R). Insert the R bud into your right ear, ensuring that the R is facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear, making sure the L is facing you. Tilt the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is directed towards your mouth rather than pointing straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the buds forward and backward until it feels comfortable. We recommend using these steps for the best fit with your Buds3. Once again, we appreciate your feedback on the Buds3 and hope to hear more from you in the future. Samsung's Worst Buds
on February 11, 2025
Posted by: Pamela
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these and used them for a few days and I couldn't wear them anymore. Now Brief : Left side constantly falls out and the right one hurts my ear so much that it was irritating my ear. When I contacted Samsung about these issues, they basically told me OH WELL I asked if I could exchange them for the buds3 pro and pay the difference and was told NO. I had been buying Samsung buds for a long time, since they had the old wired white ones and each generarion since then. Will probably not buy anymore.

Amazing Sound poor fit
on February 11, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound dynamics of Galaxy Buds 3. They sound amazing. But... the fit in my ears is horribly bad. I know it depends on person to person, so this may not affect you. I am able to make do of it because I wear a turban so that helps me keep it in my ears.
