Then, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet, tap on "Earbud settings," and select "Earbuds software update," followed by "Download and install." The update process will begin if an update is available. Additionally, ensure that you are using the earbuds within 30 feet of your phone, as the Bluetooth range can vary depending on the environment and your phone model. Avoid obstructions that can block the Bluetooth signal, such as walls, routers, electrical equipment, or sources of electromagnetic interference. We understand that a good fit is crucial for enjoying your earbuds. It’s important to note that these are open-type buds, meaning they don’t have ear tips like canal-type buds. To get started, simply place them in your ears, checking the bottom of each bud for directional marks—look for an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear similarly. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphones on the bottom are pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down, and feel free to adjust them by rotating them forward and backward until they feel comfortable.
