We hate to see that you've not been able to get your buds to stay in your ears. While we currently don’t offer ear tips or covers specifically for these buds, we want to ensure you achieve the best fit possible. First, please pay close attention to the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. You’ll notice an “R” for the right bud and an “L” for the left. When inserting them, make sure the “R” bud is in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the “L” in your left ear. For the most comfort and sound quality, try angling the earbuds slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can also rotate the buds forward and backward until they feel just right for you. We hope these tips enhance your listening experience!
