Amazingly Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from Buds Pro 2 to the 3 and what a difference style can make. I was fine with the buds in but the new ones hangs out the ear is much more comfortable.
I don't fear them falling out accidentally either. The sound quality is just as great and in many ways better because of the it contends with ambient noise.
The comfort and quality of sound allows me to wear them for hours, around the house and at work. Shhh, my boss doesn't know.
The only thing I wish was easier was the touch control. This might be different in the Pro version.
Overall, these are great win for Samsung and me!

Charging is TERRIBLE

The charging on these headphones are TERRIBLE!!! I have problems getting my earbuds to charge ALL THE TIME! I have a friend that had to return his buds because his left earbud would not charge at all. It's a shame because I like the sound and fit on these headphones. But the hassle I have to go through in order to get my buds to charge is a real pain the the you know what.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
