[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these headphones, they are the best I have tried, I have tried thousands of thousands of headphones and they all bothered me after a while of use, and the ones with pads hurt my head because it is like having a plug in my ear, and I could not use them for a long time, but these headphones are great, the best of the best, I can use them all day !! and if we talk about their design they are absolutely incredible, a very elegant and sober design and if we talk about their sound, wow, it is an extraordinary surround sound, it is difficult to explain how incredible it sounds, it is much better than a 4k movie theater, much better !!!! it is the best I have ever tried.

I don't love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like them!! They fall off, it's a hassle to get back in the case. I prefer my buds live or buds fe (for streaming). When using these for calls, people say they can't hear me or I sound far away. Because of these shortcomings, I have gone back to the wire, I didn't know I missed them soo much. So for calls (wired) music,videos (live/Fe). I get scared when I misplace the wired,live or FEs. If I loose my buds3;oh well,goodbye!!

They fall out of my ears way to easily. Microphone did not work well until Zoom settings were modified. For the money they should be able to connect o multiple device via Bluetooth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy at all with the fit it slipped out easily didn't seem like it was made real well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is great! Still has that ambient sound but the noise canceling is as good as it can be considered the fit. Getting use to the button feature.
I use earbuds every morning for my walks around the pond and throughout the day. I use it to tone out the world and focus within.
I've tried the AI feature but still have some things to figure out, I have the new Samsung 24plus. I kept reading that only the pro has the ai translation features on them. Hope it's on these also!.
Phone calls are precise and clear. I was at an LSU football game and someone told me they couldn't tell I was at the game!. Sweet!

Bad bad bad design

I bought this justnthe other day, I was really excited but after putting them in, I hate them!!!!! Love the sound but hate the make of them,.it's bulky, they do not fit in your ear or anything they just go in and fall right back out...it's really really bad make and model of these....I really really wish I could give them back and it's only been 2 days. I hate these ..worst 200 I have ever spent ...I have to wear a bandana or a sweat band just to keep them in my ear...this is a bad model ...I am severely disappointed
