Buds fit is not great
on July 31, 2025
Posted by: Jhonny
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds dont fit well, they slip out easy, makes the sound quality bad. When walking or working out the buds become lose and in many occasions they fall out of ear. Buds work great if you are sitting still or laying down. So if you are an active person I do not recommend.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Jhonny! We completely understand how crucial it is to have a perfect fit, especially when you're using them during workouts. Ensuring that your earbuds stay in place can enhance your overall experience, and we’re here to help with that. We recognize that adapting to the new design may take a bit of time, but we’re confident that with the right fit, you'll enjoy all the features these buds have to offer. To achieve the best fit, make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks – you’ll find an ‘L’ and an ‘R’ clearly indicated. To get started, insert the R bud into your right ear with the ‘R’ facing towards you, and do the same for the L bud in your left ear. Additionally, remember to angle the mic slightly towards your mouth instead of pointing it straight down. This adjustment can really enhance sound quality. You can also rotate the buds a bit forwards and backwards to find that perfect fit that feels just right for you. We're committed to ensuring your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 is exceptional, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support if you have further questions or concerns! -Kelvin

Thanks for sharing your candid experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Samofgi. Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience possible with a comfortable fit throughout your day. The new open-type design is intentional to provide that comfort without the need for tips, making them easy to wear. Just a quick reminder when you're putting them on to watch for the directional markings—'L' for left and 'R' for right. When you place them into your ears, angle them slightly, so the microphone points toward you for optimal sound quality. It's all about finding that perfect angle and rotation to achieve the best fit. We want you to enjoy everything the Buds3 has to offer! If you have any more feedback or questions, please feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

Thanks for sharing your insights on the Galaxy Buds3, Osamah. We always appreciate hearing from our valued customers. We noticed that you may be experiencing some challenges trying to get the best fit with your buds and ensuring that they do not fall out. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds instead of canal-type, meaning they don’t come with earbud tips. To start using them, simply place them in your ears without any extra steps. When fitting them, check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks — you’ll find an ‘L’ for the left bud and an ‘R’ for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the ‘R’ facing you, and likewise, insert the L bud into your left ear with the ‘L’ facing you. To ensure optimal microphone positioning, angle the bud slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth rather than hanging straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find the fit that feels right for you. We hope that these tips help enhance your fit with your Buds3. If you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support.-Kelivn

Terrible product

These are ear buds continually fall out with minimal talking or movements. If you do any outside activities with moderate movements or the slightest perspiration they will fall out. Ive tried every way possible to fit and watched numerous videos. Your best bet is to not buy. As well as you can't even trade in for the pro version. I honestly cannot see where these earbuds are viable in any situation.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Jaime. We understand how frustrating it can be if your buds are falling out. The Galaxy Buds3 feature an open-type design, which is quite different from traditional canal-type earbuds. This means they don’t have ear tips, making them easier to place in your ears. To achieve the best fit, we recommend checking the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks that indicate the left (L) and right (R) buds. When inserting them, try angling the bud slightly so that the microphone faces toward your mouth. Additionally, you can adjust the angle by rotating the buds until they feel comfortable. It may take a bit of experimentation, but many of our users find that a small adjustment can make a significant difference. We truly hope this helps, and we want to ensure that you find the right fit! Your feedback is valuable to us, and if you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support! -Kelvin

The buds are nice but honestly one ear was hurting after being on a call for over an hour. The call was clear but I think I'd recommend the buds pro with the cushion tip.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, SCGirl. We always look forward to hearing from our customers, and we're glad to see that you think the buds are nice. It's great to know that you've had a clear calling experience; however, we notice that you might be having some challenges getting your buds to stay in. We understand that some users may have some concerns about the new design. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds, meaning they do not have ear tips like in-ear canal buds. To get started, simply place them in your ears, checking the bottom of each earbud for directional markings—an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and adjust them by rotating them forward or backward until they fit comfortably. If you have any further concerns or questions, don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

3 weeks in and the right earbud barely works. Not good for an active person due to moisture problem with case and charging from sweating.
