Good sound but sometimes they don't charge correctly when in the case

I bought this a little over a month ago and they were fine for the first week until they suddenly kept getting disconnected. After researching I found that I had to reset them, so I did all that. Now fast forward to this week I'm inserting them to use and find that audio in the left buds is suddenly poor and overall the sound quality has become poor. I've reset them once more but nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointment

Not 20 days passed and one of my hearing aids stopped working, I already had to take it in for repairs, luckily it had the guarantee. Pay so much to now have hearing aids that are going to be repaired. I am a very careful person and I rarely used them, really a disappointment.

it works good on samsung devices, but has some troubles (disconnect, slow, no sound, etc) connecting windows and using it for home work.
