Love the Buds

Although I haven't had the need to use the Galaxy AI yet, I'm sure it will be easy and useful! Continue to turn out amazing products.

Still Deciding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still trying to figure out how to use the commands. The consistent feature is the touch command for the volume. It seems they are not responding to the other touch commands. They don't hurt my ears but I still don't have quite the right fit for my right ear.
I love the keyring case that was included. So far, they have been great with the multiple sound settings.

We do see that you are experiencing some challenges with the pinch commands, and we'd love to assist you. If your buds are not responding correctly to pinch or swipe gestures, please ensure you are using the pinch and swipe areas properly. The shape of your ears and how you wear the earbuds can affect their responsiveness. It’s important to pinch or swipe gently with your fingertips to avoid discomfort or injury, and please avoid using sharp objects, as they can damage the earbuds. Listen for a clicking sound when you pinch; if there’s no sound, the wear recognition feature may not be functioning as intended, so you might want to adjust how you wear the earbuds. If these steps don’t help, you can also restart the earbuds by placing them back in the charging case for 7 seconds before removing them. Lastly, ensure that your Galaxy Buds3, mobile device, and the Galaxy Wearable app are all updated to the latest software version to enhance their performance. Beware before purchasing

The break about this product is that they don't stay in your ear. Driving 🚗 they fall off, eating they fall off, laying down they fall off. It's not worth the risk because you will end up returning them. They don't come with the rubber tips either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand that you may be experiencing some challenges with keeping your earbuds in place, and we’re here to help. The Buds3 are open-type earbuds rather than canal-type ones, which means they do not have ear tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears. Make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you will see an "L" and an "R." Insert the right bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. It's important to angle the buds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. We recognize that this new design may take some time to adjust to, but we're here to assist you in any way we can. My Honest Buds3 Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off the Galaxy Buds3 are the first Samsung Earbuds (Headphones) that I have ever purchased or owned. The sound quality is superb! Functionality is superior to any Earbud or Headphones I've ever had. I love the fact that I can rise or lower the volume by swiping the Earbud! The pinch Functions is neat too. The Galaxy AI feature feels futuristic and with AI becoming more mainstream it's great to be able to interact with it and learn how to use it. Now the reason I gave the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 a 4 star review and not 5 star is the fact that the Earbuds are kinda a one size fits all. They do fit my ears but not the greatest and can come out of my ear when I'm jogging or doing anything that causes a lot of motion. I heard the Galaxy Buds3 Pro solves this problem but I can make due with these. They are still the best Earbuds (Headphones) I've had so far with the exception of the fit.
