My boss purchased a different version for our office a year and half ago and i was very impressed i purchased one for myself. I upgraded just a bit with the one i purchased and I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!! I will definitely buy again.

Poor calabration

I bought this two years ago, I notified Vornado of the issue. I have bought Vornado products since the 1970's and enjoy their products. The thermostat is not calibrated correctly. I can have the low heat set on 70 degrees and it will not shut off until the room temperature reaches 74 degrees. But, it will not turn back on until the room temperature reaches 69 degrees. I have another Vornado heater from two years ago with low, medium, and high settings the the thermostat does the same thing. I recently bought the heater cube that oscillates with low, medium, and high, and the thermostat is the same. I don't live to far from the Andover facility and before COVID-19 would purchase the products on site. Since the new ownership the warranties and quality, for at least the heaters, have dropped. I'll keep buying the fans. Not a bad product, just need to compensate for the thermostat. All that needs to be done is to calibrate it properly.
